I have a similar problem like many here and I can't seem to solve it. I've read Google ads help and it's useless.
I'm running 2 smart campaigns, I see no Extension tabs or anything and I keep getting the below notification:
Your ads might not show as expected
Your Google Ads account is no longer linked to one of your Google My Business accounts. Link your accounts for better ad performance. This affects 1 business.
It's only one business account that I'm currently managing, One email with Administrator access granted on both Google Ads and GMB.
Please advice.
